You can simply use the system at the time you decide is best for monitoring the process. You can then compare it to new conditions and decide about replacement of the fibrillating bars.

2. Investigation and optimisation of the process
With the new High-Speed Camera we can monitor the fibrillation process while running the line taking a high-speed movie. The analysis of the videos provides valuable information for process optimisation and better quality and lifetime of the fibrillation tools.
